Amanda went meditating. I sure did, life was going a little like sitting in a train, subway, metro, whatever, at 12am and you're alone but you're kind of not...everything outside is dark yet nothing seems still...you're feeling your body is going lightning fast with the ride, and the constant buzzing, whooshing sound from outside becomes this tiresome music that gets stuck in your mind. So then comes silent meditation for an hour at the eco-centre just a bike ride away.

Met some wholesome people. The centre has an organic garden. And, I happily grabbed a bag of organic beans to grow at home. They were so colorful. I had to research them organic beans...Organic Anasazi Beans, Black Turtle Beans, Dark Red Kidney Beans, European Soldier Beans, and some yellow and white ones that I had no idea what they were. Gardening. It can be such a peaceful activity. Not caring about getting my hands dirty, hearing those leaves wave to me, while I hum a tune or two. A week or two. My babies are growing. Oh, and I threw in some carrot seeds in there with them beans. Apparently, they're "companion plants".
